Studies show that pastors who have a coach are better equipped to manage change. Because of that, we help pastors of transforming congregations find trained and experienced Hope Partnership Services coaches. Most of Hope Partnership’s coaches are pastors who have walked similar paths through transformation.
For congregations who have completed the New Beginnings service, we provide a 3-month introduction to coaching. Pastors in these settings use their coach to stay focused on achieving goals, implementing change and managing their anxiety.
After the introductory three-month period, a pastor can continue the coaching relationship for a monthly fee. This fee provides a small stipend to the coach and supports their ongoing training.
