The purpose of Hope Partnership Services is to empower courageous leaders as they guide the Church into life-giving expressions of God’s mission. Hope Partnership serves transforming congregations and their leaders; nurtures leaders through coaching and peer support; and identifies, equips and supports leaders to plant new congregations.
Transform
Transformed and empowered leaders are critical to leading congregations to do God’s mission in the world in this challenging era in congregational life. Hope Partnership offers leadership and ministry resources that help raise up these leaders and prepare their congregations for transformation, including:

Epiphany, a service designed for the congregation longing to become a transforming presence both inside and outside of its church walls.

Hope Partnership coaches walk alongside new and transforming church leaders to help them remain on track and accountable for the goals they set for themselves and their faith communities.
Plant
New Church Ministry is a ministry of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) that trains, equips, assists and multiplies emerging and affiliating congregations and leaders.
Training at Leadership Academy
Leadership Academy is an interactive learning experience that brings together Disciples from across North America to share leadership experience, wisdom, and training.

An experienced coach will walk alongside you to help you remain on track and accountable for the goals set for yourself and church plant. Once you have a launch date, we can begin the coaching process.
